I’m Louie, and I’m here to support you on your journey back to yourself.
My passion is guiding people back to their inner truth, authenticity, and sense of safety in their own bodies and the world around them.
I work with BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®), a gentle yet powerful breathwork modality that helps to release layers of tension and unprocessed emotions held in the body.
Over time, our life experiences- especially stress and trauma- can create patterns of physical and emotional holding that keep us from feeling fully alive. BBTRS® offers a way to soften and release these patterns, opening space for more ease, freedom, and connection.
What is BioDynamic Breathwork?
BBTRS® is a somatic (body-centered) approach to healing that combines:
Conscious, connected breathing to bring awareness and energy into the body
Movement and bodywork to support release of stored tension
Sound and emotional expression to give voice to what has been held inside
Meditation and stillness to integrate the process
This method works gently, layer by layer, allowing your system to safely unwind and return to its natural flow.
